The Window Source Houseful of Windows 2017 Sweepstakes Contest Rules

How to Enter:

To enter, complete and submit the above online entry form. All entries must be entered with the online form and be received between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. You may obtain an official entry form by writing to: The Window Source Entry Request, 345 Hospital Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325. Only one entry is permitted per household during the sweepstakes entry period.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by The Window Source on or before June 30, 2018. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. The Window Source assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is necessary to win. In the event that a winner has purchased a Window Source product that is all of or a part of their prize between the time of their entry and the time of the drawing, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

Prize:

Double glass, white fusion welded vinyl insulated replacement windows for entire home. Prize includes basic installation and LowE/Argon glass option. Limit of 20 windows. Prize does not include basement, garage, mobile home windows, projecting windows (bow, bay or garden) or any doors. The Window Source reserves the option of providing a local installation company in the event that a store is not located nearby.

Eligibility Requirements:

Sweepstakes open to residents of states where there are participating stores, who are homeowners, 18 years of age or older, except employees and their families of The Window Source, its affiliated companies or participating licensees. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

Privacy:

Participants in the “The Window Source Houseful of Windows 2016 Sweepstakes” create a business relationship with The Window Source and it’s local sponsoring store or licensee and The Window Source and its licensees reserve the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participants’ names will not be shared with other parties.

Odds:

The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances of winning.
